Kaylee as Jasmine

My wife's family has a christmas tradition of drawing names to see who buys presents for whom and this year I drew my sister-in-law Kaylee's name. She's always said that she wanted me to paint her a picture of a Disney Princess so I decided to paint her as a Disney Princess. I haven't posted it until now because I haven't been able to give it to her until today. Comments Welcome!

I sure hope so! I appreciate the comment. You know I find it a lot of fun getting to do images that aren't for money. I think when you throw money into the mix it starts to limit creativity. At least for me it has that effect sometimes. Every once in a while doing an image just for fun is a great way to keep fresh. Even though Jasmine is not my own character design, I still had a lot of fun with this piece.

This is really very cool! I wish I had thought about doing art for various members of my family and friends for Christmas. *sigh*

I had the chance to bop around your site and look at your work! I really enjoy your fantasy pieces the most. (The Frost Queen and Captain Smith are awesome!) Your facial expressions are also very well done and that's something I have to work on for my own art.

Anyways - Just wanted to let you know that I think your work rocks and thanks for sharing it with us.
